  • 活动开始前 24 小时内不可取消或退款。

  • 若孩子因发烧或身体不适无法参加,退烧且精神状态良好后即可恢复参加。
    若有呕吐或腹泻,请在症状停止满 12 小时且精神状态良好后再参加。
  • 如因生病或突发紧急情况需取消,请至少在活动开始前 24 小时联系我们,我们会尽力协助改期或处理退款事宜。但如果少于24小时联系,不可退款。
  • 若因主办方原因导致活动取消,您将获得全额退款。
  • 退款将退回至原支付方式,通常需 5–10 个工作日完成。

Event Cancellation, Sick & Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours prior to the event.
  • If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, please contact us at least 24 hours before the event start time, and we’ll do our best to reschedule or arrange a refund.
  • You may transfer your spot to another family’s child — please contact the organizer with transfer details (hello@leleclub.com).
    If your child has had a fever or feels unwell, they may rejoin once fever-free and feeling well.
    For vomiting or diarrhea, please wait at least 12 hours after symptoms stop and ensure the child is energetic and comfortable before attending.
  • If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

1) Overview & Purpose

LeLe Club operates a digital platform (the “Platform”) that connects families and participants with independent hosts who design and lead educational, creative, and outdoor experiences (“Experiences”). We facilitate listings, bookings, and payments; we do not own, operate, or supervise the Experiences. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2) Acceptance & Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Parents/guardians booking for minors are solely responsible for the minor’s participation in any Experience.

3) Platform Role & Host Independence

LeLe Club is a marketplace and facilitator, not the provider of Experiences. When you book through the Platform:

  • You contract directly with the independent host; not with LeLe Club.
  • LeLe Club may act as the host’s disclosed payment collection agent.
  • LeLe Club is not responsible for the safety, quality, legality, or conduct of any host or Experience.

4) Accounts & Conduct

You may need a Platform account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. LeLe Club may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5) Bookings, Payments & Fees

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • Prices, availability, and policies are set by each host and may change until confirmed.
  • LeLe Club’s service fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) handle payment processing.

If an Experience is cancelled by a host, LeLe Club will facilitate any refund consistent with the host’s stated policy.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

Each host sets the cancellation and refund policy displayed at booking. Review these before payment. If a host cancels, LeLe Club may assist with rescheduling or refunds per that policy. LeLe Club is not liable for ancillary costs (e.g., travel or lodging) arising from cancellations.

7) Participant Assumption of Risk

Experiences may involve physical activity, outdoor environments, tools, or creative experimentation. By booking or participating, you acknowledge and accept inherent risks (including injury, illness, or property loss) and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. LeLe Club is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any Experience. Follow all host instructions and safety guidance.

8) Host Responsibilities

Hosts are independent contractors and are solely responsible for legality, permits, safety, accuracy of listings, and professional conduct. LeLe Club recommends that hosts maintain appropriate liability insurance.

9) Intellectual Property & User Content

Platform content (text, graphics, trademarks, design) is owned by LeLe Club or its licensors. When you submit photos, descriptions, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership but grant LeLe Club a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content solely to operate, market, and promote the Platform. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. LeLe Club may remove content that violates these standards.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.” LeLe Club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any Experience, host, or outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeLe Club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any Experience. LeLe Club’s total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; parts of this section may not apply to you.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeLe Club, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your participation in an Experience, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitration will take place in Clark County, Nevada, or in the county of your residence if you are a consumer, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions.

13) Updates & Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted here with the Effective Date above. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
