活动取消与退款政策

• 活动开始前 12小时内不可取消或退款。

• 如需取消，请在活动开始 12小时前 通过订单确认邮件中的联系方式或联系客服进行。

• 若因主办方原因导致活动取消，您将获得全额退款。

• 退款将退回至原支付方式，通常需 5–10 个工作日完成。

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellations or refunds within 12 hours prior to the event.

• To cancel, please contact us at least 12 hours before the event start time via the contact info in your order confirmation.

• If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.

• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
